Getting ready for the cold.
What do you think of my Kathamndu Store Hat Models? They were so funny, picture this. We are trying to find the boys new hats. Not really needed here in WA (yes even in winter) but In America in Nov and NZ to live, they will be an essential item. So we are trying on hats. Boys do you like this one? YEEESSS! So they try them on. Then get down on the floor to use the shoe mirror! Lying on the floor laughing at themselves whilst the sales assistant and other shoppers just look. Don't you love the innocence of kids.
Another layout destined for Great Nana and Great Grandads album. Hope they like it.
This one is a layout that was actually a class from my local scrapbook shop a couple of years ago. But as always back then I hated my handwriting and was always going to type some journalling later. Hence I saw it the other day still blank. (I'm sure I'm not alone in this - thankfully I have worked through my issue and just hand write all my journalling now). But it was kinda good because as we prepare to leave Geraldton for the Land of the Long White Cloud it was great to reflect and realise Geraldton has been good to us. I have met some truely awesome people, shared some fun times and this place will always be special. I met my husband and had my two beautiful boys here. Oh and who could ever be upset about the climate and sunshine hours. Yes - I've been blessed.
As for leaving plans, house has been on the market for a month or so now. All positive comments just need an offer! So hoping for a sale sometime soon. At this point we leave WA on 31st Oct, go to America then back to NZ to live 30 Nov. All going well we will sell the house, pack everything up and enjoy our holiday, before arriving in NZ to find a place to live before our gear arrives. Well that plan A. So lets hope.
Trust all is well in your part of the world.

Too cute...
Master J is just so funny. He's almost two and has a great vocabulary for his age. Here he literally said "take photo me Mum!" and promptly sat down in great lighting. No photoshop in this one!
Master H just had to try my new hat on. Need some winter woolies for our uncoming trip to USA in Nov. Don't you think the hat and the kid are just adorable!
The boys are pretty lucky to have a Great Great Nana still alive at the grand old age of 101. We had a fantastic day hanging out with Great Aunty, Great Uncle, Great Nana and Great Grandad and Great Great Nana. Man thats a GREAT day.
Master J loves his books. Don't you love the way he has his little finger out as if he's enjoying a cup of tea with the Queen!
Looking forward to a weekend with my boys. Planning to get some creating done as well. Hope all is well in your world.

I've been busy...
Its a rare day when we have all 4 of our kids together and posing for some pics! So I was totally stoked to get these.
My grandparents moved from a large house to a small townhouse a few years ago and they really don't have much room or need anything. So for Christmas a few years ago I started a scrap album for them. Now I add two pages for each birthday and Christmas. This way, they get to watch my kids grow up and see how my scrapbooking improves over the time. They love it and this is one destined for their album.
This summer their pool died. So at the temperature soared we improvised and I reckon the boys enjoyed these tubs so much more!
For anyone that knows me I usually hate feet. I reckon they are pretty darn ugly, but this day I liked my feet. Totally random and not like me at all to scrap this kind of thing but hey I'm here to preserve the moments. SO why not!
This is me and my baby - almost 2 now! Where has the time gone. Just love his great smile and his laughter is contagious.
Hope all is well with you all wherever you may be,

Some recent Layouts
Well, life in the Duper house has been a little busy. So my new blog has been sadly neglected. But I have been scrapping and promised to photograph and post them soon. But while you wait here is some from the last few weeks.
This one is so cute. My big boy dancing to the beat of the music. Totally random, just stoked to have got it on camera. For those of you that don't know, we are moving back home to NZ at the end of the year. So, given the boys will be more kiwi than Aussies as possession is 9/10ths of the law, thought I'd better let Hubby have his Aussie glory this year. (DH is Australian - and he is coming too!)
Grrr, keep losing images. I WILL get better at this. SO I had better post before I lose anymore. Hope all is well in your world.
